Payverifi Announces the Induction of Four Members Onto Its Board of Directors
Campbell, CA (PRWEB) August 31, 2015 -- Payverifi has announced the addition of four new members into its board of directors: Andy Pitts, Rebekah Rose, Gary Lord, and Jayesh (Jay) D. Patel. These four individuals became members of the board at the end of August, 2015, and Payverifi has stated that all board members are also shareholders in the company as well.
According to Chase Harmer, National Sales Manager of Payverifi, the company decided to add four additional members to the board of directors because the company has grown at an astounding rate and is expected to continue expanding in the future; by including additional individuals who are invested in the success of Payverifi, Harmer stated that the company will be able to grow even more.

Andy Pitts is the President and CEO of MLS Direct Network, Inc. He is a former founding board member of the National Association of Payment Professionals (NAOPP), and has 28 years of experience in business management and sales, as well as 15 years of experience in the payment processing industry.
Rebekah Rose is a civil litigator and specializes in business and real estate legislation, and she handles all aspects of these industries.
Gary Lord is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Benefit Solutions, which is located in Fresno, CA and caters to consumers and merchants in the health benefit market. He has 10 years of experience in insurance and sales.
Jayesh (Jay) D. Patel is the President and CEO for Athena Companies, which is a hospitality group based in Tennessee. He has over 20 years of experience in hospitality ownership and management.
