Mr. Nichols is admitted to practice in state and federal court in North Carolina. He is a 2010 graduate of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006. Mr. Nichols, who grew up in North Carolina, began his law practice in the eastern part of the state, representing individuals in various types of litigation. He was in court on a daily basis, honing his skills as a trial attorney, trying dozens of cases before judges and juries.
While in court, Mr. Nichols had the opportunity to observe litigants who failed to get the results their cases deserved because they had ineffective counsel or no representation at all. That experience continues to influence his work ethic and preparation on behalf of his clients. When asked to describe his approach to the law, Mr. Nichols stated, “I work hard for my clients so they can get the justice and compensation they deserve.”
Bryan Nichols is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association, the Durham County Bar Association and North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, Housing for New Hope, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wake County and the Endeavor Charter School.
