- Related Work Dashboards – Integrated Dashboards for strategies, programs, and projects provide at-a-glance visibility into any associated work on a single page, enabling executives to proactively spot issues and resolve them quickly, while allowing project managers to see upcoming tasks or recent milestones.
- Formula-Based Portfolios – Advanced filters, which can include mathematical and logical expressions, offer limitless flexibility to define and display portfolios, so users can focus in on the information most relevant to their role, function, business unit, or location.
- Project Replication – Successful completed projects can be automatically duplicated in other locations, business units, or functions to maximize the benefit achieved across the organization. This eliminates the need to manually recreate best practice projects, while allowing clients to define their own workflows for how replication candidates are reviewed, approved, communicated and tracked.
- Variable Resource Allocations – Resources can be assigned different allocation percentages for different periods of a project, to more accurately reflect the real pace of work. For example, rather than having to assign a constant 40% allocation for the duration of a four month project, a resource manager can now assign 60% allocation during the first two months, 30% in the third month, and just 10% in the final month. This results in more precise estimates of actual resource utilization and labor-related costs.
