Presbyterian Homes of Georgia Announces Opening of Information Center Presbyterian Village Athens
Athens, GA (PRWEB) April 17, 2017 -- Last fall, Presbyterian Homes of Georgia (PHGA) announced plans to build a brand-new retirement community in Oconee County: Presbyterian Village Athens. Today, PHGA is pleased to announce that the Information Center for this new community is scheduled to open on April 17, 2017.
“The response to our announcement about Presbyterian Village Athens has been tremendous,” says Alex Patterson, Vice President, Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, Inc. “In fact, we currently have almost 300 Members on a priority list for the first appointments at the Information Center.”
Located at 1520 B Jennings Mill Road in Watkinsville, the Information Center will feature a scale model of the community and a virtual reality station that allows you to “step inside” one of the villas. There will also be detailed information regarding services and amenities, residential options, floor plans and pricing. “Construction will begin as soon as we reach our requirement of 70% of the project sold,” says Patterson.
Presbyterian Village Athens will offer indoor and outdoor amenities that include walking trails, tennis courts, an indoor saltwater pool, fitness classes and multiple dining venues, as well as a full continuum of on-site health care services.
