Leading Outsourcer Sells Non-Core Business

Protocol Global Solutions, a trusted provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for the Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services, and Insurance markets, today announced the sale of its Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) division.

Protocol's IMS division primarily provided creative and production services, as well as database management services, in conjunction with B2B telemarketing services. It was purchased by Harland Clarke Corp. and will become part of its marketing services business.
