Prudential PenFed Realty Welcomes Stephane Czajkowski and Associates to Lake Ridge Office in Prince William County
Washington (PRWEB) September 23, 2013 -- Prudential PenFed Realty announced today that Stephane Czajkowski, REALTOR®, recently joined its Lake Ridge, Va. office located at 12751 Marblestone Drive #230 off of Prince William Parkway.

Ms. Czajkowski has a B.A. in English Writing and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, N.C. She began her sales career working as a store manager for Gymboree and traveled all over the east coast to use her expertise and grow the local stores. As much as she loved her career in retail sales, the demanding travel requirements forced her to consider a career that would allow her to be both successful and spend time with her husband and two children.
In 2000, she relocated with her family to Montclair, Va., a Dumfries community in Prince William County. She started her new career in 2002 as a sales assistant with Classic Homes, a regional builder specializing in building and developing mid-sized communities as well as building "on your lot" construction. She was promoted to a sales position at Classic Homes and quickly became a new construction and land expert on topics such as land acquisition, floor plan redesign, and county construction regulations.
Czajkowski concluded her employment with Classic Homes in 2004 when she obtained her real estate license and began her career as a REALTOR® with Avery Hess. Her real estate experience covers a wide spectrum including land and residential sales, as well as working with first-time homebuyers, and repeat buyers and sellers. She is experienced in working with military families and referral business through relocation programs.
Czajkowski now lives in Nokesville, Va. and joined Prudential PenFed Realty as Stephane Czajkowski and Associates this month in anticipation of growing her business and market presence. In 2012, she sold $5.3 million in volume and year to date, is at $5 million.
