Realtor Cindy Willard, of RE/MAX Alliance, announces 50% sell-out in new designer townhomes in Golden.

I was involved from demolition to completion. We loaned the home to the Golden Fire Department for training drills prior to our demolition.

To complete the Whiskey River Townhome project, Willard helped an investor scrape and rebuild and make a positive impact overall on the community of Golden. This helps make Golden shine even brighter.

“I was involved from demolition to completion,” said Willard, broker associate at RE/MAX Alliance. “We loaned the home to the Golden Fire Department for training drills prior to our demolition.”

The project includes four stunning townhomes. Two units have already been sold. “This project overall had a much bigger impact on the community by bringing home prices up and has stimulated similar projects in the area,” added Willard.

Willard and her team have 40+ years of residential and commercial real estate experience. In 2005, she became licensed in the residential market and relocated from Denver to the Golden area. Her work is focused primarily in Jefferson and Denver counties.
