ReactorNet Announces Completion of Integration with Staples Technology Solutions for Managed Print Services

This new integration with Staples is the latest addition to the quickly growing ReactorNet Supplier Network, a robust network of already integrated companies available to ReactorNet’s ePRO customers as well as participants on Cinema Solutions. ePRO is an award-winning Procure-to-Pay platform allowing buyers to directly collaborate with suppliers to gain control of spend management and maximize purchasing power. While ReactorNet has had punch-out integration with Staples for several years, this latest integration will allow their customers to utilize ePRO to collaborate electronically with Staples Technology Solutions on their Managed Print Services offering. Using Staples’ SOAP-based ticketing system, combined with ePRO’s Asset Management module, customers are able to track printers by serial number and use this information to submit detailed repair orders to Staples. Additionally, customers will be able to receive invoices electronically from Staples for their printer usage and use the ePRO Invoicing module to properly reconcile and approve them for payment. The end result is that customers will have detailed insight into their printing network so that they can make better strategic decisions and reduce costs.
Key features and capabilities of this integration include:
• Asset Management allows customers to track printers by serial number and link service orders back to those assets.
• Services eProcurement allows customers to place service orders with Staples for repair of malfunctioning printers. Customers can also reconcile and report on those service orders.
• eInvoicing allows customers to receive invoices electronically from Staples and use the ePRO Invoicing module to reconcile and/or approve those invoices for payment.
• Reporting allows customers to report on printer devices and associated repairs as well as printer usage costs.
