Real Estate Marketing Insider Endorses Return to Print

The Real Estate Marketing Insider comes out in support of Real Estate Maui Now’s newly-launched print edition, and advises realtors on how to integrate print media into their advertising schemes.

Tobias Nergarden of the Real Estate Marketing Insider released a statement supporting Real Estate Maui Now’s return to print media with a brand new print edition available in several Hawaii locations. Mr. Nergarden said that a print media component is a shrewd move for any realty business and advised realtors and real estate agents to remember print media in their practice.

Featured in a recent news story in the Hawaii Reporter, Real Estate Maui Now is a free real estate publication operated by the Pacific Media Group which examines real estate opportunities and offerings across Maui. Previously, its existence had mainly been limited to the online resource, a well-respected website publicizing Hawaii’s real estate market. However, rather than rely completely on real estate web marketing, REMN and its owner group have decided to launch a print edition, which will appear at brochure kiosks in high-traffic tourist areas across Maui. Chuck Bergson, CEO of Pacific Media Group commented on the new service, saying the print edition was “part of a multi-media approach to the real estate market that mixes the traditional media of print with the interactive support of a website, and the fingertip convenience of mobile texting for instant access to information.”

Real Estate Marketing Insider commented they are glad to support the multi-platform advertising efforts of Real Estate Maui Now. “Even as we go further online,” said REMI, “paper still plays an important role in business. People who don’t use smartphones use paper and print to explore information when they’re away from the office and computer, and the feel of paper is still preferable for some consumers. It’s no substitute for an online campaign, but a paper component of a marketing strategy can reach a whole new group of consumers. Particularly in cases of temporary properties like vacation rental by owners, paper can help get the word out among tourists and short-term visitors who may not think to visit a website after their brief stay.
