Retail Solutions Hires Judy Wade to Spearhead International and Domestic Growth Opportunities

Ms. Wade will lead RSI’s business development efforts from the company’s corporate headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., reporting to Chairman and CEO Jonathan Golovin. She joins RSi at a time of accelerated growth and unprecedented demand for its data platform used daily by more than 500 Consumer Product Goods (CPG) organizations with annual revenues in excess of $50 million.
In her role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Ms. Wade will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities in the U.S. and abroad through strategic partnerships, potential acquisition targets and adjacent market opportunities that support the company's long-term vision and position as the de facto leader for retail engagement and collaboration technologies. By working closely with customers, partners and internal teams, Ms. Wade will help ensure RSi is always at the forefront of the retailer supplier relationship, providing the most valuable data, sciences, applications, and support that builds proven value for its customers.
Judy Wade joins RSi from AliveCor where she was the President and CEO. There, she led the company from product prototype through to a successful FDA approval and launch in the veterinary and U.S. medical professional markets. Prior to her time at AliveCor, Ms. Wade served as President and CEO of Hands-On Entertainment, a premier mobile technology company and award-winning developer and publisher of mobile entertainment. Earlier in her career she was a partner at McKinsey & Company where she built a stellar reputation for her work transforming companies through unique strategies and creative approaches to implementation, and as a trusted advisor to CEOs.
