Marshall has held senior positions with domestic and international surety carriers, in roles centered on building a sales culture, managing field operations, and executing profitable growth strategies. In addition, Marshall has substantial experience as a consultant to sureties, general insurance carriers, and independent agents where he worked to improve sales effectiveness, manage expansion and strengthen corporate foundations for organic growth.
