Samuels Jewelers releases an all new e-commerce site for an easier and safer shopping experience for its customers.

The launch of our new website coincides with our new Social Media initiative through Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and YouTube even further enhancing the customer experience at Samuels Jewelers.

Samuels Jewelers, one of America’s leading national retailers of fine jewelry, is excited to announce they have launched an all new robust e-commerce website for customers. The launch of the site allows customers to easily navigate all brands and types of jewelry through a user friendly and straightforward interface.

Samuels Jewelers included a Product Knowledge base with the site in order to answer any questions the customer may have before purchase. Some new features include a downloadable “Ring Sizer” widget, a flip-able, click to buy feature on the online catalog, and the educational aspects (video, definitions, testimonials) on the Vow to Wow loose diamond buying program.

“We decided to revamp our entire website so that our customers have the best shopping experience possible. We want our e-commerce store to have the informative personal touch that our customers currently receive in all of our brick and mortar stores,” said Dave Dell'aglio, company spokesperson. “The launch of our new website coincides with our new Social Media initiative through Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and YouTube even further enhancing the customer experience at Samuels Jewelers.”

Additionally, Samuels Jewelers installed security measures to protect customer information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website (such as Credit Card Data), the customer’s information is protected both online and offline. Customers verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of the web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

The release of the new website will enhance the overall customer experience for those shopping Samuels Jewelers online. The new features aim to educate the customer as if the customer were with an in store salesperson. Samuels implemented these changes to better serve both online and offline customers.
