The beautiful University of San Diego campus will once again host a Nike Girls Basketball Camp in San Diego, CA this summer from June 23rd-26th, 2013. Campers are led by USD Head Women’s Basketball Coach Cindy Fisher and her staff.

“We are ecstatic to welcome back Coach Fisher and USD to our family of camps.” stated Brent Koonce, VP of Basketball Operations for US Sports Camps. “USD has always been one of the favorite Nike Sports Camps host venues, and we once again can offer that to our basketball customers in the greater San Diego area. Coach Fisher and her staff will do an outstanding job.”

Campers will immerse themselves in the campus and sport while provided focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement for all skill levels. Every facet of the game is covered with an emphasis on fundamentals. Each participant is broken up into groups with other players of similar ages and ability levels.

The USD campus also boasts one of the finest collegiate basketball facilities of its size. The Jenny Craig Pavilion opened in 2000 and is home to both USD basketball programs. Campers will train daily on the home court of the Toreros, reside in on campus dormitories and enjoy all meals in the main campus cafeteria.
