Servcorp Malaysia Invites Leading Business Trainer Sandra Tan to Speak on “The Power of the Unspoken Word”
(PRWEB) September 20, 2013 -- In their next exciting series of “Business Shorts” networking events in Kuala Lumpur, leading serviced and virtual office provider Servcorp Malaysia is inviting Malaysian business and personal trainer Sandra Nicole Tan to present a special talk on “The Power of the Unspoken Word”.
The topic delves on the mystifying power of non-verbal communication in our daily lives and how it applies to the business world. During the talk, participants will learn how to recognise micro expressions in the workplace, using them to your advantage and how you can leverage on your own non-verbal communication abilities.
Sandra wears several hats as a consultant and trainer for the last 23 years but is a teacher at heart. She has worked with CIMB Bank to develop people soft skills and was the head of Malaysia’s National Education project called “The Smart School System” in 1998. Sandra also founded the Nicoletan English Language School and has extensive experience working with local government ministries and private companies as an Organisational Behaviour and Soft Skill Developer and Trainer.
