ServiceCentral’s Service Management Software Chosen by Cellular Gallery Tech Center

Cellular Gallery Tech Center has signed to implement ServiceCentral’s service management software offering to automate their handset repair management and refurbishment processes.

Today ServiceCentral Technologies announces that Cellular Gallery Tech Center (CGTC) has selected the ServiceCentral Return and Repair SaaS Suite as the service management software CGTC will use for tracking handset repair and refurbishment in its Puerto Rico based service depot repair center. CGTC will leverage ServiceCentral’s software to capture all repair transaction data, streamline operations, and provide detailed business intelligence reporting of key productivity and performance metrics. Scheduled to go live in August 2010, ServiceCentral’s highly configurable and scalable solution will enable CGTC to make proactive workflow changes in support of the dynamic nature of operations and the expected growth in business.
