Sevocity® EHR Achieves Pre-Validation Certification for Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) from NCQA

San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) November 18, 2014 -- Sevocity, a division of Conceptual MindWorks Inc., announced today that Sevocity EHR, 11.4, has achieved pre-validation certification from NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) for PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home).

Sevocity EHR customers will be able to attest to 17 credits automatically as a result of Sevocity's pre-validation certification. Sevocity EHR was also recognized for supporting 90 total PCMH Factors. Sevocity’s goal is to be an easy to use solution for providers participating in the Medical Home movement and to-date, Sevocity is one of fewer than 20 EHRs supporting PCMH through Pre-Validation Certification.
