The Women’s game is also gaining popularity throughout the nation. The sport’s governing body, USA rugby, has recorded an increase of over 14,000 registered female players since 1999. Officials say they expect that number to continue growing with rugby’s return to the Olympics in 2016.

Founded in 2009, the mission of ELITE Rugby Camps is to provide rugby education to young athletes and coaches, and engender confidence and self-esteem on and off the rugby field.
