Mr. Zietsman is a renowned grazier and livestock breeder from Zimbabwe who studied under noted livestock researcher and author Jan Bonsma in Pretoria, South Africa.
He is the Holistic Management practitioner mentioned in Alan Savory’s book "Holistic Management Handbook" as the first person to use Ultra High Stock Density Grazing known to build soil and restore land.
Jim Elizondo is from Mexico and has been using regenerative grazing with cattle for many years and has implemented all of the practices that will be discussed on his own ranches in Mexico. He is currently working with sustainable ranching methods in a long-term edible silvopasture installation in Florida.
