The Salt Lake Tribune Home and Garden Festival Opens Its Doors March 7 with National TV Celebrity Guests
Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) February 28, 2014 -- The Salt Lake Tribune Home and Garden Festival begins March 7 and continues through March 9 at the South Towne Expo Center. This spring, Matt Muenster, host of DIY Network’s Bath Crashers, and Emily Ellyn, well-known Retro Rad Diva featured on Food Network’s Next Food Network Star, will be on stage throughout the weekend to share secrets, advice, and showcase their talents.
Muenster is a licensed contractor and designer from Minnesota. On Bath Crashers, he transforms outdated bathrooms into timeless, relaxing spaces for any family and any design style. Muenster will be on the Design Stage on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8 to discuss his key design principles for home projects and share his experiences while on DIY Network.
Ellyn is the Retro Rad chef known for her quirky style and distinctive approach to cooking. Ellyn’s philosophy focuses on honoring the classic recipes from the past while putting her own modern spin on those famous 1950s dishes. Ellyn will be on the SelectHealth Kitchen Stage on Friday, March 7; Saturday, March 8; and Sunday, March 9 to share her favorite recipe twists with festival guests.
Additionally, the Salt Lake Tribune Home and Garden Festival will feature new indoor landscaping gardens and informative seminars from landscaping experts. Also, home show goers can bid on grand flower arrangements in the Blooming Hope Floral Auction on Friday, March 7. All funds go to Primary Children’s Hospital.
