TPC Trainco’s new 4-day maintenance management course aims to transform facility maintenance practices
Buffalo Grove, Illinois (PRWEB) June 07, 2016 -- TPC Trainco, a division of TPC Training Systems, recently added multiple four-day, intensive maintenance management training seminars to its roster of more than 30 courses. TPC Trainco will host the initial group of seminars in four cities across the U.S. giving clients in different regions opportunity to grow their maintenance management competency. The new Maintenance Management Basics for First Line Supervisors course will cover essential skills needed by industrial managers to plan and execute a successful preventive maintenance program.

In addition to the three core methodologies, the course also covers measurement of key performance indicators for maintenance management success. Students will learn how to both achieve and measure cost reduction through improved resource utilization and reduced downtime. Each participant will complete the course with a foundation for both implementing these practices and building a business case for investments in maintenance planning toolsets.
