Traditional Wellness Programs Failing Employees States Employee Financial Well-Being in New Report
(PRWEB) May 01, 2014 -- Traditional wellness programs are failing employees because they are not addressing a principle problem of personal finances.
“61% of Canadian employees are financially stressed, yet most employee wellness programs don’t include financial wellness,” says Frank Wiginton, CEO of Employee Financial Well-Being. “Only 16% are considered obese, yet every wellness program focuses on diet and exercise. It’s time that employee wellness dealt with issues that matter most to employees.”
