Author and history buff C. Heart grew up in Poland during the communist oppression and his parents were soldiers in the Underground Army fighting the Germans during WWII. With firsthand experiences of war-torn societies in tow, Heart pens book of poems, “Path of Hearts,” a reflection of the dark side of humanity in need of more “heart.”

About the author
C. Heart was born in Poland and joined the maritime school for future officers of the merchant marine after high school. He emigrated from Poland to the United States in 1974, where he settled and married in Virginia. Since then, he has worked in several professions, most recently gardening and landscaping. His two adult children reside in California and Virginia.
