Vitamin.SG50 Photo Contest Concluded with Over S$30,000 Worth in Prizes and Giveaways
Singapore, Singapore (PRWEB) December 12, 2016 -- Vitamin.sg, an e-commerce vitamin store based in Singapore has concluded with Vitamin.SG50, an online photo contest targeted at Singapore’s seniors over the age of 50.
The online photo contest encourages participants to submit a photo of themselves looking “fit, fabulous and fun”, in a bid to be the “Youngest and Fittest Looking 50+ Year Old Baby in Singapore”. The participants are then encouraged to garner votes for their entries during the voting period.
This year’s contest – the second-time running – had over S$30,000 in prizes and giveaways. Apart from the prizes won by the top 10 entries, there was also a voters’ lucky draw, as well as giveaways for all participants and the first 500 voters.
“Following last year’s successful campaign, we wanted to bring this year’s contest up by a notch, and really give back and pay tribute to our seniors,” said Mr. TC Yeap, CEO and founder of Vitamin.sg. “… that is why we decided to extend our giveaways this year and give out over 680 bottles of Vitamin C.”
The award ceremony for the contest was held yesterday (11 December 2016) at the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) Clubhouse at Suntec City, and the winner of the contest Ms Yong Kit Chin walked away with S$1,000 worth in prizes, a full year supply of Vitamin C, and a champion’s trophy.
The contest sponsored by popular vitamin brands Blackmores, Holistic Way, Sundown Naturals, Stazen and Vitahealth garnered over 5,000 votes over 9 days.
