Tax e-File solution provider TechAtlantis, Inc, announced that will now e-File the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Form 114, which replaced the earlier IRS Form TDF 90-22.1. As of July 2013, the Treasury Department mandated electronic filing of the Form 114. The earlier Form TDF 90-22.1 required a paper filing. US citizens or residents, entities such as corporations or partnerships, and trusts and estates with bank accounts abroad that exceed $10,000 must file Form 114 by June 30 each year. Very few tax software providers currently support e-filing the FINCEN Form 114.
