10Pearls, an end-to-end technology product innovation and digital acceleration company continues its global expansion with the acquisition of Proximity, a nearshore software development company based in Costa Rica.

Founded in 2011 by Adolfo Cruz-Luthmer, Proximity specializes in agile software development and engineering teams, QA testing talent, and innovation services. The company will bring its top engineering talent and best practices and methodologies to 10Pearls, further expanding the digital transformation company's technology solutions.

This strategic acquisition follows Likeable’s acquisition and significantly expands 10Pearls’ nearshore capabilities with an additional 120 highly qualified engineering resources.
