SJ – IM Brings Privacy and Lock-tight Security to World of Instant Messaging

Likewise, contact lists can be exported or imported using PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) keys and auto encryption OTR (Off-the-Record Messaging). SJ IM also enables security and anonymity when using the latest social media messaging services like Facebook Messenger.
Premium users of SJ IM also have access to Safetyjabber’s Screen Saver utility. With the utility activated, bringing the desktop back to life requires a password; the utility also enables the use of hot keys to switch on the screen saver or send the computer into emergency shutdown.
