CentraComm Accepts Coveted Riverbed Authorized Support Partner Invitation
Findlay, OH (PRWEB) September 11, 2013 -- CentraComm, a leading managed IT security and network services company, announced it has joined the Riverbed® Authorized Support Partner Program (RASP), becoming one of only 12 partners authorized through the program across the country. CentraComm is now empowered to deliver CentraComm branded Level 1 and Level 2 support offerings to help enterprise clients leverage the full benefit of Riverbed Technology application performance solutions.
“The combination of our deep technology skills in networking, data center and security solutions, together with our global logistics, deployment, support and managed services capabilities, causes CentraComm to be a highly compelling Riverbed partner,” stated Mark Prevost, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at CentraComm. “Accepting the invitation into the RASP program and offering our own Level 1 and Level 2 support for the market leading Steelhead wide area network (WAN) optimization solutions was a natural complement to our Riverbed managed services offerings and demonstrates how CentraComm is in a very elite class of the highest qualified Riverbed solution providers in the country,” said Prevost.
RASP is a specialization program that allows eligible partners to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support service to their clients. The program is available exclusively to a select group of Riverbed partners who have a long track record of demonstrating significant technical expertise in Riverbed solutions while also providing a high standard of 24 x 7 Level 1 and Level 2 operational support services.
CentraComm’s extension of RASP services completes its full spectrum of Riverbed services that include resale, deployment and managed services of Riverbed application performance solutions. CentraComm combines Riverbed solutions with its own expertise, tools and resources in information technology and systems integration to improve remote and mobile employee productivity, enable private clouds, virtualization, and provide enterprise-wide network and application visibility for its customers.
“The partner network program is structured so that everyone wins – our partners, customers and Riverbed. Through the RASP specialization program, our customers are cared for by the industry’s most qualified Riverbed partners to support their IT infrastructure,” said Scott Downie, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Support at Riverbed.
In 2012, CentraComm achieved significant status by being named the only Riverbed Platinum partner in its Ohio Valley region based on its leading position in delivering successful customer deployments of offerings from Riverbed including wide area network (WAN) optimization. With this new designation, CentraComm now becomes the only RASP in the Ohio Valley region where it is headquartered.
