RASP is a specialization program that allows eligible partners to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support service to their clients. The program is available exclusively to a select group of Riverbed partners who have a long track record of demonstrating significant technical expertise in Riverbed solutions while also providing a high standard of 24 x 7 Level 1 and Level 2 operational support services.
CentraComm’s extension of RASP services completes its full spectrum of Riverbed services that include resale, deployment and managed services of Riverbed application performance solutions.
