The real estate agent team had gross sales exceeding $17 million for the year, earning them the firm’s top honors. The team had over 30 sales transactions during 2013 with an average sales price of just over $550 thousand dollars.

In addition to being awarded the Agent of the Year, Beth Garcia has earned the prestigious 2013 Coldwell Banker President Elite Award – an honor awarded to only the top five percent of all Coldwell Banker real estate agents worldwide.
