Sertifi now provides a Closing Automation Solutions with new client Belly.

Belly now sends 99% of sales contracts through Sertifi for Salesforce for eSignature which allows inside sales to quickly send agreements, track and manage deals in real time, and run insightful reports to drive more sales.

Since launching Sertifi for Salesforce, Belly’s merchant experience has sky-rocketed! Merchants boast about the ease of signing contracts with Belly. Both large and small merchants, including ma-and-pa shops, love the electronic signing process. Merchants appreciate receiving PDF copies of the secure signed contracts seconds after they sign.

“With nearly all sales contracts sent for signature through Sertifi for Salesforce, we’re able to turn more of your favorite places into Belly businesses!” said Kate Holden, Sales Manager, Belly.

Before implementing Sertifi, Belly’s sales process was manual and disruptive to the sales flow. The merchant onboarding process didn’t align with one of the company’s core values, making things easy for the customer. Merchants would wait on the phone ready to close the deal while inside sales re-keyed data into the contract. Tracking and managing contracts were also difficult since the sales activity wasn’t tied into Salesforce. Multiple departments needed to access the contracts so inside sales would have to manually save the contracts within Salesforce.

While changing the face of customer loyalty, Belly decided to change the way it closes business. Sharing the same Windy City stomping grounds wasn’t the only reason Belly choose Sertifi as its electronic signature provider. Belly liked how Sertifi seamlessly integrates into Salesforce and offers innovative solutions beyond eSignatures.

Just like scanning at a Belly business, installing Sertifi for Salesforce was quick and easy. Now, Belly pre-populates contracts and sends them directly from the Salesforce Lead and Opportunity records eliminating the burden of re-keying data. Automatic email reminders are set up to remind busy merchants to sign. These features allow inside sales to work more efficiently and focus more time on revenue-generating activities like engaging merchants.

Belly also takes advantage of Sertifi’s collaboration feature, Deal.Stream, which allows inside sales and merchants to discuss deals within a real-time feed. Merchants can ask questions like, “When do I receive my Wi-Fi-enabled iPad?” All these questions and responses are stored in a central space and easily accessible within Sertifi.
