Boost Revenue Cycle Staff Productivity and Performance with BridgeFront’s New Certifications
Vancouver, WA (PRWEB) October 01, 2013 -- What is a hospital without patients? What are employees without the correct skills to be productive? BridgeFront now offers a complete education and certification program for all Revenue Cycle staff from entry level to leadership roles.
First, enroll staff anywhere in the Career Ladder Education Program (101, 201 or 301). Second, staff can take an optional certification exam for an esteemed designation (RCCPI, RCCPII or RCCM).
This certification program, along with our leading education, offers healthcare a proven method to increase the bottom line and staff productivity. Certifications can also be purchased separately.
101 Education and Certification:
Once staff complete the 101 education level and 50-question exam, they earn the designation: Revenue Cycle Certified Professional I (RCCPI). The exam questions are based upon the subjects learned in BridgeFront’s 101 Foundational Concepts eLearning courses.
This certification lays the foundation for the Revenue Cycle certification program. Through RCCPI, staff develop the personal, professional and technical experience needed to succeed in the Revenue Cycle.
201 Education and Certification:
Once staff complete the 201 education level and 75-question exam, they earn the designation: Revenue Cycle Certified Professional II (RCCPII). The exam questions are based upon the subjects learned in BridgeFront’s 201 Developing Skills eLearning courses.
This certification is the second step in the Revenue Cycle Certification process. It is available to those that have successfully completed the 101 certification exam. This certification effectively demonstrates your staff’s maturing abilities within the Revenue Cycle.
301 Education and Certification:
Once staff complete the 301 education level and 100-question exam, they earn the designation: Revenue Cycle Certified Master (RCCM). The exam questions are based upon the subjects learned in BridgeFront’s 301 Mastery Skills eLearning courses.
This certification is for healthcare professionals who aim to achieve a management position within the Revenue Cycle. RCCM gives staff the tools and knowledge to reach this goal, while emphasizing your commitment to the field.
About Our Courses:
The course content of each level in the Career Ladder Education Program focuses on today's essential skills for patient access, intake, registration, accounting, and medical billing—as well as collections and regulatory topics.
"Using the BridgeFront Revenue Cycle education program has been a big success at Allegan General Hospital, resulting in faster training times and reduced registration errors,” praised Lori Thompson, Patient Access Manager.
She continues, “The actual training requires between half and three quarters the regular time to train a new staff member. The employee has a good understanding of where the Revenue Cycle information is used, why it is so important that registration is done right and how it impacts the entire facility."
All eLearning courses are individualized and self-paced; best of all, standard courses can be easily modified to include specific policies or other company training material.
BridgeFront's Learning Management System, BridgeOne, allows employees to complete courses via any internet-connected computer. Managers, with a click of a button can assign courses, set due dates, send reminder emails, and track progress and performance of every employee enrolled.
