Florida Trends' "Best" Series Recognizes Averett Warmus Durkee CPAs
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) October 17, 2013 -- Averett Warmus Durkee (AWD), Central Florida-based accountants providing assurance, accounting and tax compliance services, was again recognized by Florida Trend magazine’s Best Companies Awards for the fourth year in a row. In its July 24, 2013 web post, "The List: Best Companies To Work For In Florida," the publication named AWD as a top company in the mid-sized category.
To determine the results for that category, any Florida based firm with 50-to-249 employees could be considered. Participants were surveyed using questionnaires to determine demographics, company policies, firm practices, work environment and pay rate. Plus, the survey took into account employee engagement, satisfaction and communication. The results were then divided into small (less than 50 employees), mid-sized (50-249 employees) and large companies (250+ employees).
