Over the past two decades, I have mentored and coached tens of thousands of people on how to invest in property with no deposit, no banking finance, no stamp duty, or experience in the field – regardless of how the pundits described the housing market.

Author of ‘How to Buy a House for Dollar’, Rick Otton, will share his innovative property investment strategies during a special Newcastle real estate event on 29 October. Mr. Otton – who is on a personal mission to help Australian property investors achieve positive cash flow and accumulate long term wealth through non-traditional, no-money-down strategies – will be hosting the event amid bullish price growth predictions for the Sydney housing market for 2014.
Industry analyst, SQM Research, recently announced house prices in Sydney were expected to accelerate by 15 to 20 per cent next year.
Mr. Otton said while debate continued over whether a real estate boom would be as huge as predicted, it was unnecessary for aspiring property investors and home owners to concern themselves with the hype.
“Over the past two decades, I have mentored and coached tens of thousands of people on how to invest in property with no deposit, no banking finance, no stamp duty, or experience in the field – regardless of how the pundits described the housing market,” he said.
Newcastle Property Ultimate Wealth Summit
Mr. Otton said the Newcastle real estate event this month was part of a series of free one-day intensives he was holding across Australia.
“These action-packed and hands-on events are designed for anyone who feels like they’ve missed out on making money in property or who doesn’t know where to begin,” he said.
“During these seminars, students learn about out-of-the-box property investing strategies that allow them to create passive income streams through property from day one, and purchase properties without new bank loans or large deposits.
“Imagine owning five properties, with each one returning you $350 a month positive cash flow, or 15 properties returning you $5,250 a month positive cash flow, or 30 properties giving you $10,500 a month in positive income. These are just some of the life-changing techniques students will learn at my one-day education seminars.”
Seating is limited for the real estate educator’s private training sessions, which are usually filled weeks in advance.
