A2LA Unveils New Training Course Titled "ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and FedRAMP"
Frederick, MD (PRWEB) October 01, 2013 -- The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) is proud to add “ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and FedRAMP” to its array of quality training offerings. This program is for organizations looking to become recognized through the FedRAMP program as Third Party Assessment Organizations (3PAO). A2LA will offer this course for the first time November 14-15, 2013 at A2LA headquarters, located in Frederick, MD. The cost will be $745.00 for A2LA members and $795.00 for non-members.
This course is a comprehensive look at ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and its documentation requirements as well as the FedRAMP program requirements. In this course, attendees will gain critical insight into the interpretation of the requirements of this inspection body standard and will also receive a detailed review of the A2LA accreditation process. Attendees will learn about the FedRAMP program and the additional requirements to become an accredited 3PAO.
