Laurus Strategies, a leading business resource firm specializing in comprehensive employee lifecycle solutions, announced the appointment of Arturo Fisher as director of the firm’s International Total Rewards consulting group. Fisher, who previously worked as a strategic consultant for the firm, brings over 25 years of international Human Resources (HR) and total rewards experience to the team.
Prior to joining Laurus Strategies, Fisher founded Global Rewards Solutions LLC, a human resources consulting firm that helps companies design and manage HR policies and programs around the world. Before that, he served as partner at Hewitt Associates, and spent his early career at E.I. Du Pont de Nemours, EDS and Kentucky Fried Chicken, holding multiple roles in finance and HR.
