Los Angeles DJ & Producer THRILL Drops Second Single “Ahiga” on Migrate or Starve Records
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) October 02, 2013 -- Migrate or Starve Records DJ/producer THRILL is set to release his sophomore single “Ahiga” exclusively on Beatport on September 30th. The track is co-produced by THRILL, and 17-year-old Baltimore-based producing prodigy, Rxn. “Ahiga” is a percussion heavy tribal experience that has chart-topping hit written all over it.
Big things are on tap for THRILL as his tour is being mapped out in the coming months. With the recent addition of teenage phenom Rxn, Migrate or Starve Records is quickly becoming one of the hottest up and coming EDM labels in the world.
THRILL is described as one of the most technically sound, creative, adaptive, and explosive DJs on the scene today. THRILL broke into the main stream house music scene with a big splash earlier this year with his debut release “Everlasting Love,” co-produced by Sebastian Royce featuring Shell B., which shot to #11 on Beatport’s Progressive chart in its first week.
“THRILL has paid his dues and his time is now. There is nobody on the scene who works harder than THRILL to perfect his craft and to show his fans a great time. The latest result is “Ahiga” which is a record that we were excited to finish after the chart success and popularity of “Everlasting Love,” said Adam Abrams, THRILL’s manager.
THRILL had this to add, “Migrate or Starve Records has given me the opportunity to help other up and coming DJs and producers in music like Rxn. Rxn is a regular high school kid with immense talent and I was blessed that Migrate Or Starve discovered him and put us together. I am excited about the future and I cannot wait to continue sharing my music to the world.”
THRILL’s recent appearances include performances in Ibiza, London, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Hawaii as well as events for the 2013 NBA All-Star Game and the Grammys. THRILL has also recently played Insomniac events with Sultan and Ned Shepard, AN21, Max Vangeli, Sunnery James, Ryan Marciano, Guy Gerber, Richard Durand and Martin Buttrich.
Rxn was one of 73 high school students across the country selected to attend the annual prestigious Grammy Camp and one of only 12 selected for his music production skills. The Los Angeles-based music boot camp and teaching seminar is a huge honor and was hosted by the Grammy Foundation.
