On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, Laterra Links hosted the Prudential Network Realty Team at their luxurious Clubhouse. Twenty realtors enjoyed a delicious breakfast catered by Panera Bread while Ann King, Prudential’s Broker, conducted a brief business meeting.
Jennifer Morgan, the Sales Agent for Laterra Links, World Golf Village Homes, shared recent news about her community. Many of the Realtors who attended had not visited Laterra Links recently. They were very interested in hearing all about the exciting news and progress at this upscale World Golf Village Home community. Jennifer explained that they had successfully completed the necessary, lengthy paper work and inspections process to obtain Fannie Mae approval. Since Laterra Links is one of only three newly constructed condominiums in St. Johns county with this designation, the distinction duly notes Laterra’s stability and credibility in this recovering market.
Jennifer also proudly announced that due to strong sales in this World Golf Village Home community, that Homes by Deltona plans to start building again in the very near future. She excitedly explained that soon buyers will be able to select a location from Laterra’s site plan and then completely customize their interiors. With the purchase of every home, Homes by Deltona includes a four hour appointment with a professional designer at Interior Design Solutions in Jacksonville where buyers can select every finishing and create their personalized home.
The meeting concluded after a tour of the two elegant model homes in Laterra Links, World Golf Village Homes. The feedback from the Prudential Network Team was very positive. Some realtors were already scheduling appointments with Jennifer for their buyers to tour the property. Ann King said, “Thank you so much for hosting such a lovely breakfast for our team. The facilities are beautiful and I think it was a great refresher for all of us. Thank you!”
