Clarus Marketing Group is pleased to announce its recent hire of Claire Fennessey, who joins the Clarus team in the newly-created position of Chief Marketing Officer. In her role, Fennessey will lead the company’s Sales and Marketing teams as Clarus continues to expand its consumer programs and enrich its clients’ marketing strategies.

Fennessey has over 20 years of marketing experience. In her most recent position, she was the President of Palm Publishing, where she turned an unprofitable traditional children’s publisher into a prosperous digital learning company by upgrading its testing platform and creating new licensing, distribution, and marketing partnerships. Focused on recurring revenue streams, loyalty and subscription marketing, Fennessey held previous senior management positions with both Fortune 1000 and smaller organizations, including Entitle Direct Group, TotalMove, Inc., Pitney Bowes, Inc., and Cendant Corp. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business.
