28 best most promising early stage companies
The 28 most promising early stage companies operating in the technology spectrum of green & smart city sectors based in Europe have been selected from a pool of over 60 candidates to present their business in front of a jury of 50 venture capitalists, corporate representatives and other industry experts. The presenting companies are all active with projects in the Eco-Technology, Eco-Mobility, Eco-Construction and Eco-City sectors, and the best 8 benchmarked companies will be awarded at the end of the Forum and continue to European Venture Summit.
As Jean Christophe de Tauzia, Managing Director of Incubateur Descartes notices: “The selection was quite a challenge as all candidates submitted interesting and pioneering projects, but thanks to the reviews of the selection committee we have been able to identify for the forum an interesting showcase of the latest innovations which France and other European countries are developing for a smarter use of common resources such as heating, electricity, and transportation.”
