August West Audio Visual Rentals will provide production for this event celebrating its 47th season with "Dancing in the Street" an exclusive gala under the stars at the beautiful and historic Temple of Music and Art in Tucson Arizona.

Since 1982 August West Audio Visual Rentals has been providing clients in Arizona and the Greater Southwest with complete Audio Visual rentals, Sound, Lighting, Large Screen projection, Technical Services, Staging, Set Design, Production and equipment sales for Conventions, Special Events, Meetings and Concerts. Guests will be entertained by an intimate cabaret performance by the star of Arizona Theater Company's world-premiere musical “Jane Austen's Emma” and Broadway's “Beauty and the Beast,” Anneliese van der Pol. Following the performance will be a beautifully catered dinner by Gallery of Food, a live auction featuring guest auctioneer David Fitzsimmons of The Arizona Daily Star, a special tribute to David Ira Goldstein, culminating with a night of dancing in the street with music provided by The JJ’s.

This year's recipients of the Georgy Award are Ann Lovell and The David and Lura Lovell Foundation. Named after George Rosenberg, an Arizona Theatre Company Trustee Emeritus and longtime benefactor, the Georgy Award is presented annually to individuals and organizations that have made an outstanding commitment to the theatre, a meaningful contribution to ATC, or that embody the spirit of ATC's mission through their work with the arts community.
