Big Al’s Family Fitness to Host Family Day
Amityville, NY (PRWEB) October 01, 2013 -- Big Al’s Family Fitness is proud to announce that they will host a family day geared towards bringing in family and friends for a free day of health and fitness from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. The first 100 attendees will receive a free gift.
The event has a lot to offer families who are considering getting healthy. The event will teach attendants how to fight type 1 diabetes and help support JDRF. During the day, families can enjoy complimentary smoothie tasting, body transformation consultations, massages and more.
Big Al’s Family Fitness believes that fitness is extremely important for children and part of that is making it fun. There will be plenty of activities for kids including crafts, face painting, a moon bounce, ice cream and more.
Muscle Maker Grill is a proud supporter of Big Al’s Family Fitness and is offering food from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. for adults while kids can eat free all day. Stop in and try a healthy salad, wrap, sandwich or protein shake.
