Big Al’s Family Fitness is proud to announce that they will host a family day geared towards bringing in family and friends for a free day of health and fitness from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. The first 100 attendees will receive a free gift.
The event has a lot to offer families who are considering getting healthy. The event will teach attendants how to fight type 1 diabetes and help support JDRF. During the day, families can enjoy complimentary smoothie tasting, body transformation consultations, massages and more.

Muscle Maker Grill is a proud supporter of Big Al’s Family Fitness and is offering food from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. for adults while kids can eat free all day. Stop in and try a healthy salad, wrap, sandwich or protein shake.
