MINTO Communities Announces Purchase of 3,800 Acres in Palm Beach County to Develop its Fifth Master Planned Community in Florida this Year
Loxahatchee, FL (PRWEB) October 01, 2013 -- Minto Communities Florida, the developer who created Olympia in Wellington, Madison Green and Portosol in Royal Palm Beach, has announced the purchase of a 3,800-acre property formerly known as the Callery-Judge Grove in western Palm Beach County, Fla. Minto, one of North America’s preeminent builders, will seek a comprehensive land plan change to increase the overall density to 1.7 residences per acre. Plans call for employment centers for office space, aerospace/technology research and development, retail, and 6,500 residences as well as a baseball spring training facility with a 150-room hotel.
