His 5 course prix fix menu will feature extravagant Italian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as a Pomegranate glazed quail wild mushroom risotto, a braised wild boar cheek topped with a horseradish cream sauce and served with a goat cheese potato Gratin, or a luxurious pan roasted duck breast topped with fig jus and served with fontina brioche bread pudding. Decadent desserts may range from chocolate Frangelico soufflés to sweet pumpkin cream Napoleons.
Zocca Cuisine d'Italia offers the Chef's Tasting bi-weekly for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 210-444-6070. The five course dining experience is only $55.00 or $75.00 with wine pairing for each course.
