Regent Editing creates structural bifurcation of its editing unit into ‘standard’ and ‘urgent’
(PRWEB) October 03, 2013 -- Regent Editing announced the structural changes it will be doing over a period of next three months. These structural changes will be brought about in its single editing unit that currently consists of 20 professional editors, 5 graphic designers and 17 peer review specialists. The company’s management informed that it would create a bifurcation of the editing unit to form two separate units for ‘standard’ and ‘urgent’ projects.
The bifurcation will be done to support the company’s product delivery process. Keeping the increased service demand under consideration, the company plans to smoother out the delivery of its projects to clients. The bifurcated units will ease out workload on the current team of project managers. Urgent assignments often need extra resources and regular interaction with clients. So, a dedicated team for the same will be beneficial.
As the company offers editing services with several turnaround times, the process will become simpler if there are defined units for the delivery of standard and urgent work. The company will also assign separate project management workforce to both these new units. The senior management of the company feels that their decision will assist them to provide high-quality services to all their clients.
