Wendy Feldman Block is Corporate Managing Director for Studley, where she has focused on providing real estate services on behalf of major tenants in Washington, DC and around the country with a focus on law firms, associations, and corporations. Her expertise lies in market intelligence and structuring transactions that best suit her clients’ objectives. Wendy has served on a number of CREW DC committees, including the Advisory Committee, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors.
Sue Carras is a Senior Managing Director in the Washington, DC office of HFF with more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. She co-heads the DC office and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office’s debt and equity placement team. Sue served on CREW DC’s Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors in 2012.
