The Reserves Network, a leading provider of staffing services for the office, industrial, professional and technical markets, has acquired TempWise, Inc.
Founded in 1995, TempWise is a professional administrative and clerical staffing company based in Tampa, Fla. The company will maintain the TempWise name and brand, and operate as an affiliate of The Reserves Network.
Lee Rachelson, president of TempWise, will continue to oversee business operations. All internal sales and recruiting team members will remain with the company.
“TempWise has been able to establish itself as a premier personnel service within the Tampa Bay area by maintaining a strong commitment to providing ‘Service with Value’ to our customers and employees,” says Rachelson. “The Reserves Network upholds this same obligation - only offering the highest standards of client services. We’re very excited about the future benefits of this new partnership.”
This marks the fourth acquisition The Reserves Network has made in the last five years, and the second acquisition the company has made this year. In July, The Reserves Network acquired Summit Technical Services, which specializes in providing contract staffing services for engineering, software and professional design, with locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
“Our strongest commitment is to customer service,” says Neil Stallard, CEO of The Reserves Network. “We are going to continue to provide the same care and quality service TempWise’s customers and employees have come to expect, but now they will also have all the resources of an industry leader.”
The TempWise acquisition gives The Reserves Network two office locations in Florida. The company also has an office in the Orlando suburb of Winter Park.
Adds Nicholas Stallard, chief financial officer of The Reserves Network: “By TempWise joining The Reserves Network’s family of businesses, we are able to increase our presence in the Florida marketplace, and expand the service offerings we provide in office and administrative staffing.”
Headquartered in the Cleveland suburb of Fairview Park, Ohio, The Reserves Network was founded in 1984. The veteran and family-owned company is privately held, and has received multiple honors for outstanding sales growth and management excellence. The Reserves Network expects to place nearly 20,000 employees annually through its more than 40 operating locations in the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast, and works with customers nationwide.
