Educating potential customers has always been in the forefront of the business model of BlueDevil Products. That’s why it’s no surprise that the growing chemical company is releasing a series of educational “Product Spotlight” videos to engage it’s audience and help heal the stop leak reputation. The first two installments of the ten part series are complete and now available to view on YouTube. “Stop leaks in general have a bad reputation amongst car enthusiasts, so it’s important to stress to the public that the hard part replacement is the best solution,” states Michael Schrecker, Director of Marketing for BlueDevil Products “However, we know that sometimes your car is just not worth that $1000.00 head gasket job or you just don’t have the resources to get it done. That’s when our products come into play.”
The Product Spotlight video series takes place in “The Garage”, which was unveiled back in February of this year as BlueDevil Products new website and marketing platform. The companies site is an educational throwback to a mechanics garage filled with products, company history & information, frequently asked questions and much more. The video series will be hosted on the site as well under each dedicated product. “Websites are becoming more and more similar these days,” claims Schrecker. “We wanted to develop a site that fans of our products can dive into and enjoy their time there. Traffic is growing steadily each month and the feedback has been great!”
Each video takes the viewer through the gears of a car engine before introducing them to South Carolinas local Supertruck Driver, Ham Morrison. The NASCAR ® Whelen All American Series driver openly welcomes everyone “Back to the Garage” before giving a brief intro on the featured product, highlights some important points and gives a quick install tip. “Ham has been great to work with this year so we thought it would be cool to feature him in these videos. Hopefully these promos will open the doors even further for #74 to gain some exposure and possibly engage in more sponsorship opportunities as he rallies for the 2014 season,” says Schrecker.
The first two videos can be viewed here at the companies YouTube channel and will soon be uploaded to the website for review. To help support the release, BlueDevil Products is encouraging fans to share the videos on social media outlets with their friends, families and followers. They have also announced a Free Gas Giveaway on Facebook that will take place on November 1st, 2013. All fans of the page on that date will be entered to win a $150.00 gas card as well as some samples of the new BlueDevil FUEL MD Fuel System Cleaner.
