Phil Davis, Managing Partner of St. Charles Consulting Group, today announced that his firm will serve as the exclusive sponsor of APQC’s 2013 Process Conference to be held October 21-25 in Houston, Texas. APQC – the American Productivity & Quality Center – is a world leader in promoting best practices in business process design, and its annual conference provides a unique opportunity for participants to learn from the brightest minds in process management.
