Stock Development has begun construction on four new furnished models from their Traditional Series of homes in Phase II of Esperanza at Paseo.
The homes line Esteban Drive where 49 homesites provide a variety lakefront and preserve front locations within a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of Esperanza.
“These four beautiful new models are the Ruffino II, Montessa II, Orchid II and Jasmine II. The Traditional Series homes were designed by Stock. A total of seven plans are available, ranging from 2,273 to 3,172 square feet under air. Three to five bedrooms and up to three baths are found in the floorplans, which include designs to fit any lifestyle.
The Ruffino II is a single-story, great room style home with 2,585 square feet under air and a total of 3,781 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, side-loaded three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large pool deck and spa and an outdoor kitchen option. This three-bedroom/two and one-half-bath home offers a comfortable great-room design with a formal dining room and a study that is convertible to a fourth bedroom.
The Montessa II is a three-bedroom/study/two-bath great room style home with 2,327 square feet under air and a total of 3,686 square feet. The master suite offers expansive bay windows overlooking the pool and lanai. The island-style kitchen includes a breakfast nook with bay windows and the floor plan has a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen.
Offering 3,158 square feet under air, the Orchid II is a four-bedroom, three and one-half bath single family home, with a study, formal dining room, a breakfast room off the kitchen and a three-car garage.
