Stock Development has begun construction on four new furnished models from their Traditional Series at Paseo, the 2012 Community of the Year in Lee County.

Stock Development has begun construction on four new furnished models from their Traditional Series of homes in Phase II of Esperanza at Paseo.

The homes line Esteban Drive where 49 homesites provide a variety lakefront and preserve front locations within a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of Esperanza.

“These four beautiful new models are the Ruffino II, Montessa II, Orchid II and Jasmine II. They will include interior designs by four top design firms - Soco Interiors, Marc Michaels, Beasley Henley and KVS Interiors,” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development. “We anticipate completion of all four home before the end of the year.”

Esperanza is accessed via a richly landscaped entry bridge directly across from Paseo’s spectacular Village Center. It consists of approximately 100 acres in the northern phase of the community and is completely encircled by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough.

The Traditional Series homes were designed by Stock. A total of seven plans are available, ranging from 2,273 to 3,172 square feet under air. Three to five bedrooms and up to three baths are found in the floorplans, which include designs to fit any lifestyle.

The Ruffino II is a single-story, great room style home with 2,585 square feet under air and a total of 3,781 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, side-loaded three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large pool deck and spa and an outdoor kitchen option. This three-bedroom/two and one-half-bath home offers a comfortable great-room design with a formal dining room and a study that is convertible to a fourth bedroom.

The Montessa II is a three-bedroom/study/two-bath great room style home with 2,327 square feet under air and a total of 3,686 square feet. The master suite offers expansive bay windows overlooking the pool and lanai. The island-style kitchen includes a breakfast nook with bay windows and the floor plan has a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen.

Offering 3,158 square feet under air, the Orchid II is a four-bedroom, three and one-half bath single family home, with a study, formal dining room, a breakfast room off the kitchen and a three-car garage. The centrally located family room offers raised ceilings and is open to the island style kitchen and morning room, creating a wonderful casual living area. The home features a motorcourt with a split garage, including both a double and a single-car garage.

The Jasmine II is a three-bedroom plus study/three and one-half bath home with 2,876 square feet under air and a total of 4,158 square feet. The great room-style home includes a formal dining room and a study with a full bath, while the island-style kitchen opens to a morning room, which overlooks the pool and spa through bay windows. The home is very flexible in design with the dining room convertible to a study and the study able to be built as a fourth bedroom with private bath.

The homes of Esperanza feature extraordinary standard amenity packages. The Traditional Series homes include Corian countertops, oak cabinets with 36-inch uppers and GE appliances. Corian countertops and oak cabinets are also found in the bathrooms. The master baths feature 5-foot soaker tubs and a separate shower. Prices begin in the $380s.

Two additional series of homes are available in Esperanza. The new twin villas are available in The Coronado, a two bedroom/two-bath plan with 1,575 square feet under air, and The Granada, a three-bedroom three-bath design with 1,891 square feet of living area. Heirloom Series are available in a total of four, two and three bedroom plans ranging from 1,809 to 2,075 square feet under air.

Residents of Esperanza are located a moment’s stroll from Lee County’s finest amenities. In 2012, Paseo won its 7th consecutive Community of the Year Award from the Building Industry Association.
