'We opened models in January and have sold more than 50 homes!' said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, VP of Sales and Marketing for Stock. 'This week we have closed with new homeowners on the first five homes with more than 20 scheduled before the end of the year.'

The first residents have moved into Lantana at Olde Cypress. Lantana is a single-family home neighborhood with 122 home sites. It offers a premium location for local and seasonal residents alike with easy access to the international airport, world-class shopping and restaurants, excellent schools and the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar sand beaches. The neighborhood was released for sale in January.

“We opened furnished models in January and since then have sold more than 50 homes!” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development. “This week we have closed with new homeowners on the first five homes and have more than 20 scheduled before the end of the year. There are also inventory homes available for homebuyers.”

Olde Cypress offers an extraordinary country club life style in a superb North Naples location and Lantana is the last neighborhood being built at Olde Cypress.

The community has never looked better. In the past two years, Stock has invested several million dollars in renovations of the championship golf course, the clubhouse and the beautiful entry.

Lantana is located adjacent to the Olde Cypress clubhouse, putting some of Naples’ finest amenities just a short stroll away. Homes are priced from the $400s and include a full golf membership in the purchase price. For a limited time, Stock is also offering $25,000 towards options and upgrades in the purchase price.

Lantana’s residences are available in 12 plans ranging from 1,809 square feet to over 3,158 square feet. The homes have been carefully selected from The Jewel Series - Stock's popular Topaz, Onyx and Sapphire homes. They feature standard interior appointments that are usually considered luxury upgrades.

The award-winning 36,000-square-foot Clubhouse has been beautifully updated with new décor that is lighter, brighter and more contemporary. Also new is an inviting outdoor entertainment patio overlooking the 9th green. This spacious outdoor area includes a bar, big screen TVs and bocce ball courts.

The Clubhouse’s spectacular offerings include indoor and outdoor dining, a players’ lounge, library, media center, card rooms and private lockers for each golfing member. Other exclusive amenities include tennis courts, a swimming pool, and private members-only dining.

The fitness center has been expanded to 4,100 square feet and includes an aerobics studio and new cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The exercise and equipment area is over 2,300 square feet, and includes a separate weight room. In addition, there is an 800-square-foot room devoted to aerobics and cardio fitness.

Olde Cypress’ P.B. Dye, par-72, championship golf course is known throughout Southwest Florida as one of the most picturesque and challenging in the area. With its $2 million renovation, the course maintains its position as one of Naples’ elite golf courses.
