The First Homeowners Have Closed and Taken Residence on Homes Within Lantana at Olde Cypress in Naples

Stock Development has closed on the first homes in the final neighborhood to be built in Olde Cypress, a private gated country club community in North Naples.

'We opened models in January and have sold more than 50 homes!' said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, VP of Sales and Marketing for Stock. 'This week we have closed with new homeowners on the first five homes with more than 20 scheduled before the end of the year.'

The first residents have moved into Lantana at Olde Cypress. Lantana is a single-family home neighborhood with 122 home sites. It offers a premium location for local and seasonal residents alike with easy access to the international airport, world-class shopping and restaurants, excellent schools and the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar sand beaches. The neighborhood was released for sale in January.
