SPAR Point Group announced today that Martin Swaine, 4D Program Manager, Project Excellence, Projects & Technology at Shell International Petroleum, will deliver a keynote presentation entitled “Current and Emerging Technology for Oil & Gas Mega-Projects” at SPAR Europe 3D Measurement & Imaging Conference and European LiDAR Mapping Forum (ELMF) taking place 11-13 November 2013 at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
